01. Booking and Reservation
All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance through our official website, app, or WhatsApp support. A confirmed booking requires a valid booking ID provided by our dispatch system.
Confirmation Process
A digital receipt and driver details will be sent to your registered contact number 3 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Wait Time Policies
For airport pickups, your driver can wait for you if needed. If your flight is delayed, just let us know on WhatsApp.
02. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of basic toll taxes, fuel, and driver fees unless stated otherwise.

- Fares start from the listed price—no hidden charges for airport parking or tolls.
- Zero-commission payment options available for cash on arrival.
03. Cancellation and Refund Policy

04. Passenger Conduct and Luggage Policy
We operate the highest standards of safety. Passengers are expected to maintain the following code of conduct:
- No smoking or vaping inside vehicles.
- Standard seatbelt usage is mandatory for all passengers.
- Adhering to vehicle luggage capacity limits.
Luggage Guidelines
Haramain Rides Taxi does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items left in vehicles. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed upon arrival.
